Kristen Rolf is a strategy consultant focusing on general strategy, philanthropy, broadcasting, social services and education. She has deep knowledge of early childhood education, parenting programs, and nonprofit broadcasting for social impact.

Previously she was Director of Market Research and Strategy at Detroit Public Television, where she oversaw strategy, research, foundation relations, and government relations. She also worked extensively on education, parenting and diversity projects. She designed an innovative strategy that focused the station’s educational resources on helping disadvantaged preschoolers and their parents and caregivers.

Prior to Detroit Public Television, she spent seven years as a strategy consultant at Edgar, Dunn, & Company, a boutique consultancy with roots at Deloitte and Touche.  Her work there focused on clients in the financial services, consumer products, and e-business industries including MasterCard and Coca-Cola.

She has an MBA in general management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a BA in economics from Harvard.
